Flexible Schedule
We have part-time and full-time team members. We work within your busy schedule and respect your daily maximums. Did we mention, we close between 6:00 and 7:00 PM, so no late nights.
Career Path
We offer a rewarding career path that leads to teaching and management. For example, our current Operations Manager, Kaylee, started at the front desk, went to school and got licensed as an LMT, then moved up to Clinic Operations Manager. The sky is the limit!

Paid Training
We support our teams pursuit to be lifelong learners. Each team member receives an annual allowance for CE classes. Plus each month we close early and host a CE class and you get paid for it!

I've been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) for over twenty years, so I understand both the benefits and unique challenges of this industry. When I left my private practice to build a team of dynamic therapists, I dedicated myself to creating a work environment that focused on creating something that is very difficult to find in this industry: a lucrative lifelong career path.
Proactive offers our service providers the option of a long-term career plan that supports and encourages learning, leading, and teaching all without having to deal with the risks, stresses, and worries that come with running your own business.
