Stay Hydrated
Being well hydrated before your massage is essential for eliminating cellular waste released into the body’s circulation during treatment. Drinking water or herbal teas are excellent methods for staying hydrated. Avoid regular tea, coffee, alcohol, or any other stimulants.
Eat Lightly
Although it will not bother your therapist, it can be awkward if your stomach is noisy due to digestion. It’s preferable to eat at least one hour in advance of your massage or if you’re afraid you’ll get hungry, eat fruit or other food that is easy to digest.
Dress Comfortably
Since an oil massage is applied to the skin, you might think the clothes you wear aren’t important. However, wearing comfortable clothes will not only put you in a relaxed state before your massage but will also keep you relaxed afterward. Shoes are no exception to this rule. Avoid high heels as they may cause your leg muscles to contract unnecessarily.
Arrive in Advance
Arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your massage will allow you to complete a health questionnaire without impinging on your massage. You’ll also be able to take a moment to go to the restroom or have a glass of water if need be. If you arrive at the last minute, short of breath, with your heart beating wildly, you’ll have a more challenging time relaxing during your massage.
Communicate your Needs
Once you are settled in for your treatment, your therapist will review your health questionnaire and ask further questions if necessary. This is the moment to tell your therapist everything: your preferences, needs, expectations, etc. Please let your therapist know if you want them to pay special attention to one part of your body or to avoid a specific area. Let them know how much pressure you enjoy. Let them know what you don’t want. The more you communicate your needs, the better your therapist will be able to respond to them. This is also the perfect time to let your therapist know if you want to add on any additional treatments like CBD or Hot Stones.
Relax during the massage
During your treatment, concentrate on your breathing and take long, deep breaths. This will help to reduce stress and chase away negative thoughts. Almost no effort is needed from you. Your therapist will know how to lift your arm or your head; your help is not required!
Even when the massage is underway, let your therapist know your preferences or if you feel uncomfortable. You’ll get the maximum benefits from your massage by leaving nothing to chance. Too hot, too cold; pressure; bright or low lighting; loud or soft music; with or without essential oils… It’s your massage – you decide.
Enjoy your massage!

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during, and after your Compression Therapy session!
WHAT TO WEAR
Long pants and socks are a must (yoga pants or sweats are fine, jeans can be uncomfortable). We don’t want you to have any bare skin exposed to the compression device.
DURING YOUR SESSION
Our staff member will evaluate the goals of your session and help you get into the appropriate cuffs. You will start at a mid-level compression setting then you can decide if you want to increase or decrease the pressure. Then relax and let the pulsing massage go to work!
AFTER YOUR SESSION
When you finish your session we will help you to disconnect from the device. You are free to enjoy the rest of your day- refreshed and ready!

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your light therapy session!
Remove all make-up and body lotion prior to arrival to allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the red and infrared light waves. We have alcohol wipes available to help you remove any excess oils or dirt from the day.
WHAT TO WEAR
Most people prefer to use the full body light bed nude. However, a swimsuit is fine too. The more rays that your body is exposed to the better! (Your room is completely private.)
We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session as you may be slightly sweaty. The struggle of putting on fitted clothing when you are sweaty is real!
DURING YOUR SESSION
You will lay down on the light bed and pull the top down to enclose yourself in the light. Our staff will show you where to turn on the bed once you are inside and comfortable. Enjoy your favorite music or podcast with the enclosed Bluetooth speakers. If using the 600 level nm only, then it is safe to leave your eyes open although it may take a few minutes for your eyes to adjust to leaving them fully open. If you are using the deeper nm for wound healing and bone growth, we recommend using the protective eyewear provided. The bed will turn off after your 20-minute session is over.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
When you finish your Full Body Light Therapy (PBM) session it is important to relax and cool down while your body continues to perspire. Let your body do the work to return itself to its regular temperature.
Place your used towels in the Towel Drop and you’re all set!

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session! We provide complimentary filtered water to drink during your session and a towel for your use.
Remove all make-up and oil to allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the infrared waves.
WHAT TO WEAR
Lightweight shorts and a t-shirt are ok; swimsuits are better, birthday suits are great too. We recommend bringing clothing that is loose-fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session. We will provide you with towels and a sauna blanket (if you want to really sweat). Our Sauna suite is entirely private.
DURING YOUR SESSION
You may not sweat much during your first 2-3 sessions. This is normal for most, especially if you haven’t had a recent history of sweating and your body isn’t accustomed to the infrared rays.
Take care not to overheat during your first few sessions. Reduce your session time if needed and work up to the full 40 minutes. As your body adjusts to infrared rays, sweating can increase dramatically, and body temp regulation happens more readily.
During your session, stretching your arms, legs, and back area create more body flexibility. Massage congested and “knotty” muscles to help alleviate troubled areas.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
When you finish your sauna session, it is important to relax and cool down while your body continues to perspire.
Tip: This is a great time to head into a 60 Minute Custom Massage. Your muscles are warm and will allow a relaxing cool-down period. Let your body do the work to return itself to its normal temperature.
Place your used towels in the Towel Drop in the main room.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your spot cryotherapy session!
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend wearing clothing that is loose fitting around the area that you are having treated, allowing easy access.
DURING YOUR SESSION
After sharing your problem area(s) with us, our staff will evaluate the correct attachment to use to best get the cold to the area being treated. We will measure your skin temp on the area to be treated and begin to cool it with sub-zero air. The goal will be to reduce the skin temp 30° to 40° (think ice pack on steroids with a much deeper penetration!) in order to create vascular constriction in that area.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
When your session is complete, you are all set to go about your day! It is important to let your body do the work to return the skin in the treated area back to its regular temperature, increasing oxygenated blood flow & circulation to that area.
Light exercise afterward is fine, but please avoid a sauna session or a hot shower. Wait at least 30-45 minutes before you shower.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your Deep Tissue Laser session!
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend wearing clothing that is loose fitting around the area that you are having treated, allowing easy access.
DURING YOUR SESSION
After sharing your problem area(s) with us, our staff will determine the best plan to maximize your results. You will be asked to put on protective eyewear during the laser session. You can relax and enjoy the warming effect the laser will have on your painful area. Each Deep Tissue Laser session takes only a few minutes.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
When your session is complete, you are all set to go about your day! There is no downtime associated with the procedure. You can resume your normal activities right away.
Most people will start to feel better immediately after their first session. Depending on your condition, you may enjoy lasting results after several sessions.
