Sheka is a graduate of Lotus Professional College and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. She strongly believes in the health benefits of massage therapy and wants to help clients increase their physical and emotional well-being through therapeutic massage.

Sheka specializes in Lymphatic Drainage and stress management with a passion for working with clients diagnosed with stress, anxiety and/or depression. Sheka wants to educate the community on the role massage therapy can play in lowering cortisol levels and improving overall health and wellness.
