Rachel is a second generation massage therapist that grew up witnessing how Massage Therapy can be used as a powerful tool for health and wellness. Her studies have included concentration in Medical Massage, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Stretching, Prenatal and much more.

Rachel is a graduate of The American Institute of Massage and is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
