Rachel

Rachel is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of The American Institute of Massage. As a second-generation massage therapist, she developed an early appreciation for the therapeutic power of massage in treating and preventing both chronic and acute conditions.

Rachel has specialized training in medical massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, Thai massage, therapeutic stretching, prenatal, and deep tissue massage. She integrates a variety of techniques and applies medium to firm and deep pressure to address specific concerns, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall physical function. Rachel is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal results and long-term well-being through individualized, therapeutic care.
