Kaly is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of Lotus Professional College, licensed through the Virginia Board of Nursing since 2021. She specializes in sports and deep tissue massage, providing firm pressure to effectively release muscle tension and improve mobility.

Kaly has additional training in prenatal massage, cupping, and assisted stretch therapy, which she incorporates to enhance recovery and support overall wellness. She is dedicated to helping clients progress in their wellness journeys and is passionate about using therapeutic massage to promote both physical and emotional well-being.
