Alex is a graduate of Lotus Professional College and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. Alex has a background as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) since 2018. She received her Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in 2021 and is eager to work with athletes and individuals working on their wellness journey.

She is passionate about sports medicine and stresses the importance of proper muscle recovery. She believes massage is the key to pain relief for many acute and chronic conditions as well as is influential in preparing the body for upcoming events.
