Blake has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2014. Due to being an avid athlete and his background as a competitive martial artist (Kickboxing, MMA) he deeply understands the stress that intense training can put on the body. His massage practice has been cultivated to meet the unique needs of those with an active lifestyle as well as those with chronic pain, integrating clinical techniques with deep pressure to relieve extremely tight muscular tissue and relax painful trigger points.
