Pelvic Floor

The Proactive Pelvic Floor Trainer stimulates powerful contractions of the entire pelvic floor musculature, not just the subset that can be exercised with Kegel exercises.

Each 30-minute session in the Pelvic Floor Trainer is equivalent to doing 11,000 pelvic floor exercises!

It's like doing 11,000 Kegal exercises in a half hour!

Cutting Edge Technology

The Pelvic Floor Trainer uses High Intensity Focused ElectroMagnetic Energy (HIFEM) to stimulate and strengthen all of the pelvic floor muscles, not just the subset that can be exercised with voluntary contractions like Kegel exercises.

Target Muscle Groups

The Pelvic Floor Trainer is on the cutting edge of technology by utilizing a special seat that uses HIFEM technology to target all the muscles of the pelvic floor. What makes this treatment different from what you can do at home is the in-depth penetration and stimulation of the entire pelvic floor area, which is something you cannot do on your own.

Supramaximal Contractions

The quick, repetitive contractions in your targeted muscle groups are more effective at rapidly building muscle than standard muscle contractions.
The pulses also depolarize nerves, which causes supramaximal contractions that your body can’t produce on its own. Supramaximal contractions activate 100% of the targeted muscle fibers at once, with short rest periods to avoid muscle fatigue.

Increase Muscle Volume

This allows you to reach levels of contraction that are not possible during a workout done on your own. Extreme stress forces the muscle to adapt, resulting in an increase in the number and growth of muscle fibers and cells. On average, muscle volume increases by 25%.

How Does The EMS Pelvic Floor Trainer Work?

THE PELVIC FLOOR TRAINER SEAT

The pelvic floor muscles support the pelvic floor organs and control continence. However, natural body aging, childbirth, and menopause can cause this group of muscles to decondition, resulting in continence problems such as leaking urine when coughing or sneezing.

The Pelvic Floor Trainer uses High Intensity Focused ElectroMagnetic Energy (HIFEM) to stimulate and strengthen all the pelvic floor muscles, not just the subset that can be exercised with voluntary contractions (Kegel exercises).

These stronger pelvic floor muscles restore continence and the confidence to enjoy normal daily activities without fear of losing bladder control.

During each 30-minute session, you simply sit comfortably on the Pelvic Floor Trainer chair while it generates thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions. Each session is equivalent to doing 11,000 pelvic floor exercises, but without the hard work!

The procedure is non-invasive, and you remain fully clothed throughout. No drugs are required, and the most you will feel is a slight tingling during the treatment. With no recovery time needed, you can leave immediately after each session and resume your normal daily activities.

Who Is A Good Candidate For the Proactive Pelvic Floor Trainer?

Thanks to HIFEM technology, the Pelvic Floor Trainer provides an easy way for clients to build and tone pelvic floor muscles in just half an hour- no sweat required! This high-tech device is best suited for individuals struggling with any of the following conditions linked with pelvic floor problems:

+ Stress incontinence caused by menopause or childbirth.

+ Embarrassing urine leakage when laughing, coughing, sneezing, or exercising.

+ Inability to control bladder when feeling a sudden, intense urge to pee.

+ Intimate health conditions such as vaginal laxity and difficulty reaching orgasm.

+ It is effective for both men and women in improving bladder control and intimate health.

+ Pelvic floor muscle injury (childbirth, exercise, illness)

In general, the Pelvic Floor Trainer is safe and effective for most people.

Who Is Not A Good Candidate For The Pelvic Floor Trainer?

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The following individuals are not good candidates for the Pelvic Floor Trainer:

+Individuals that are pregnant or nursing.

+Individuals with an implanted electronic device, such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators,

 +neurostimulators,  or drug pumps.

How To Reeducate Pelvic Floor Muscles

It uses HIFEM technology. HIFEM energy stimulates the pelvic floor muscles in the pelvic cavity, which can stimulate neurons to control the pelvic floor muscles to make the pelvic floor muscles hyper-contract to achieve the treatment of urine leakage.

Research

01

Urinary Incontinence

Conclusions: This study demonstrated that HIFEM technology is able to safely and effectively treat a wide range of patients suffering from urinary incontinence. After six treatments, an improvement in ICIQ-SF score and reduction in absorbent pads usage was observed. Based on subjective evaluation, these changes positively influenced quality of life.

02

Sexual Dysfunction

Conclusion: Our initial experience shows that HIFEM technology is a promising method in addressing women’s decreased sexual satisfaction through the strengthening of PFM.

03

Urinary Incontinence

Subjects benefited from a significantly decreased severity of MUI symptoms and a reduced usage of sanitary pads, which positively influenced their quality of life. Based on the subjective evaluation, patients also reported additional effects of the therapy, such as better control of urination.

04

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

This study documented that the HIFEM procedure was significantly more effective than electrical stimulation in treatment of PFD in postpartum women. Both the objective and subjective evaluation indicates more profound effects of magnetic stimulation.

05

Effects on Pelvic Floor

The assessed HIES method seems effective for SUI and MUI patients in the short term and shows an advantage over the sham intervention in the assessment of PFM contractions. The use of this intervention significantly increases the functional bioelectrical activity of PFMs.
