She is a graduate of The American Institute of Massage and is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Rachel is a second generation massage therapist that grew up witnessing how Massage Therapy can be used as a powerful tool for health and wellness. Her studies have included concentration in Medical Massage, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Stretching, Prenatal and much more.

Colette is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate from American Spirit Institute in Henrico, VA. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Colette is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Colette enjoys assisting clients to obtain their specific wellness goals through Therapeutic, Sports and Pregnancy Massage.
Clara James, LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of Lotus School of Integrated Professions in Henrico, VA. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Clara practices therapeutic massage that focuses on the client’s areas of greatest tension and serves to promote overall relaxation and well-being. Her goal is always to be present with her clients in their unique experience in their bodies and to assist them in improving their embodied experience.
As a graduate of Lotus Professional College, I’m excited to share my knowledge with you. I got into this career to give those going through mental and physical stresses an outlet to relax and turn off any negativity they have in life. In my spare time, I love to travel with my husband and spend time with my dog, Ceasar. My specialty is medical massage and pain management.
Felicia studied massage at the Lotus School of Integrated Professional in Virginia. Massage has many benefits for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery, and injury prevention. I became a massage therapist because "I have personally felt these amazing effects from massage, and I want to help others achieve optimal health."

She strongly believes in the health benefits of massage therapy and wants to help clients increase their physical and emotional well-being through therapeutic massage. Sheka also enjoys helping promote overall relaxation.
Katelyn is a professional massage therapist, graduated from Lotus Professional College in Henrico, Virginia. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Katelyn has a thriving passion for pain management through consistent massage and focuses on delivering relaxing massage and addressing specific areas of tenderness. Her ultimate goal is to offer stress relief and help clients reach their physical healing goals. Being comfortable in our bodies and more self-aware drives her to provide mindful sessions.

Emma is passionate about pain management and stress relief while focusing on her client's areas of greatest tension. As a lifelong athlete, she has seen the health benefits of massage therapy firsthand and is excited to help her clients reach their wellness goals. Pamela Heavner, LMT, CCT, MMP is a Board Certified (NCBTMB) Massage Therapist and Author with almost 20 years of experience providing hands-on therapy. She is the owner of Proactive Massage & Bodywork and Brand Bar Studio where she offers Bodywork and Massage Therapy services to clients managing chronic and acute pain and searching for a way to take control of their wellness. Pamela has completed over 1,000 hours of advanced training in various massage disciplines including Medical Massage, Medical Cupping, Myoskeletal Alignment, assessment and treatment of upper and lower extremities, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Pregnancy Massage, and many more. She is a 2002 graduate of The American Institute of Massage and also holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science from Siena Heights University. Pamela is a Massage Therapy instructor at the Lotus School of Integrated Professions. She is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the Associate Bodyworker and Massage Professionals.
Kaylee is a graduate of The Lotus School of Integrated Professions in Henrico, Virginia in Massage Therapy. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Kaylee is also a student at VCU studying Epidemiology. As a second generation Massage Therapist, Kaylee is focusing her educational goals on learning how to help people manage chronic and acute pain through manual therapies.
Ally is a graduate of James Madison University, where she majored in Geographic Science with a concentration in Applied Geographic Information Science (AGIS) and Environmental Conservation, Sustainability and Development (ECSD). She loves the Proactive clients and seeing how they feel better after every massage session.
Claire is a resident of Mechanicsville, Virginia. She is a student at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College studying Elementary Education. Her plan is to transfer to Old Dominion University. Claire is passionate about swimming, animals, music, and helping others.
